MiniMind – Refund & Replacement Policies

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our store does not accept returns or exchanges. Once an item has been received, it cannot be returned. We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the criteria below:

  • Items are faulty – damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

  • Parcels that are lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: MiniMind will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure all information you provide is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses or other delivery issues.


Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund, as we may have already begun the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our product descriptions and processing times before placing an order.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within:

  • 10 to 12 business days for the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

  • Up to 28 business days for other countries, depending on customs clearance and the location of our multiple overseas warehouses.
